JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Kumar Khand P.S. Case No. 75 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 307, 380, 323, 452, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. In the written report there is specific allegation of causing firearm injury to the informant against Shiv Narayan Yadav.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that co-accused Shivan Yadav @ Shiv Narayan Yadav has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.7.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. 18744 of 2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71064 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Kumar Khand P.S.
