JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2019 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 307, 385, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 27 of the Arms Act.

Although, the petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt act has been attributed against him. However, it is informed that some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by the learned court below and the bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected only on the ground that he had some criminal antecedents. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
