ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 11-08-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents (North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd.) on instructions states that the copy of the estimation for removing/shifting the electric wire of 11 KV over the residential house of the petitioner was already furnished to the petitioner, however, the authorities are willing to serve another copy on the petitioner once again.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in case the petitioner is served with the estimation, the petitioner if he is aggrieved will prefer a second appeal before the competent

Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to serve the copy of the estimation for removing/shifting the electric wire of 11 KV over the residential house of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 10 days from today. On receipt of the same, either pay the same or take necessary steps in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
