The petitioners seek bail in Sasaram (Tilauthu) P.S. Case No. 188 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 16, 18 and 20 of U.P.A. Act, 1967.

It has been submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They have been apprehended by the police merely on suspicion that they are activists of T.P.C. party and they were in talk with Anil Kushwaha @ Sandesh in his mobile, as mentioned in the written report.

In this manner, from the written report itself it appears

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24369 of 2017 (2) dt.25-05-2017 2/2 that mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioners who are husband and wife. It is mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Tilauthu) P.S.
