Dr. K.N. Singh, learned Additional Solicitor General for the opposite parties, submits that the amount has been deposited in the Alternative Grievance Redressal Forum of the Railway Claims Tribunal as there was some difference in the name of the petitioner-claimant.

The petitioner-claimant will produce the documents in support of the fact that it is she who is the original claimant and not imposter. If the Railway Claims Tribunal, Patna comes to the conclusion that the petitioner is the original claimant and not imposter, the amount shall be released in her favour and if the decision of the Railway Claims Tribunal is otherwise, the
