The petitioner, by invoking the jurisdiction of this Court, seeks a direction upon the respondent Bihar School Examination Board to nominate Board Member in Selection Committee of Vishun Rajdeo Roy Teachers Training College, Kiratpur Rararam, Vaishali for appointing faculty members in the said College.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of the grievance, the petitioner has been repeatedly

Patna High Court CWJC No.16061 of 2025(2) dt.13-11-2025 2/2 approaching before the Director (Academic), Bihar School Examination Board, Patna, but till date no decision has been taken in this regard, hence the present writ petition.

4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to make the Director (Academic), Bihar School Examination Board, Patna as party respondent No. 5.

5. Permission is accorded.

6. Let the same be done in course of the day.

7. Learned Advocates for the respondent State and the Board are present.

8. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent No. 5 to consider the request of the petitioner, as disclosed in Annexure-P/5 to the writ petition, and pass appropriate order, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

9. The writ petition stands disposed with the aforesaid direction.
