Mr. Sri Yogendra Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 154 of 2018 for the offenses punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A and 26 of the Arms Act. The case of the prosecution is that during the course of patrolling the Police received a secret information about selling of illegal wine and when the Police arrived at the place from where the petitioner was apprehended, it was found upon search that the petitioner was possessing one country made loaded gun and four live cartridges.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner, above named, immediately upon completion of six months' custody i.e. from 01.09.2018 subject to such conditions as may be imposed by the learned trial court in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 154 of 2018 pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas.
