JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 12.9.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 37892 on merit and allegation against the petitioner is of committing rape upon the informant and also taking naked photograph in mobile and putting it in internet.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is husband of the victim and he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 1.5.2018. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances and as earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order, as such this application is dismissed.
