JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-11-2019 The petitioner is seeking a direction for his payment on compassionate ground consequent upon death of his father in harness on 31.07.1982. He had earlier approached this Court by filing a writ application giving rise to CWJC No. 167 of 2017, which was dismissed by order of this Court dated 03.04.2017. In such view of the matter, in my opinion, this writ application is barred by doctrine of res judicata and is accordingly dismissed.
