CAT") to finally hear and dispose off the pending original application no. 529/2022, filed by the petitioner, challenging the order of transfer dated 10.6.2022. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pleadings are complete, hence the Ld. CAT be directed to finally hear the said original application within a stipulated time frame. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents does not have any objection.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the original application was filed by the petitioner in the year, 2022, we request the Ld. CAT to finally hear and dispose off the aforesaid original application no. 529/2022, preferably within a period of five months from today. 5.
