Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.4912 of 2023(6) dt.15-02-2025 2/2 Case No.66/2009 on the plea that no sanction order has been obtained."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the petition.
