JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 17-10-2017 By a common order passed on 17.4.2017 various writ petitions were dismissed, one of the writ petitions decided by the said order was CWJC No. 2367 (Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and against the order passed in Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, LPA No. 729 of 2017 was filed by the said Institute and this Bench

Patna High Court LPA No.849 of 2017(3) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 by a detailed order passed on 13.9.2017 has decided the aforesaid LPA. This appeal has been filed against the same order which has been passed in CWJC No. 2247 of 2017 (Kumar Aman and another Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.). The said order passed on 17.4.2017 was the common order both in the case of Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology and the present appellant and as we have already decided the issue in the order passed by us on 13.9.2017 in LPA No. 729 of 2017, we see no reason to take a different view.

This appeal also stands disposed of in the same terms and order already passed by us on 13.9.2017 in LPA No. 729 of 2017 (Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.).
