The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 64 of 2016 registered under Sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties on account of land dispute. Both sides sustained injuries. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
