The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 120B, 504, 506/34 the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He further submits that due to motorcycle accident some altercation took place in between both sides, informant as well the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73877 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 had sustained injury.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
