The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bihiyan (Bahoranpur) P.S. Case No. 189 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the active participation of the petitioner in an occurrence of offence in which the husband of the informant Yamuna Yadav was shot dead and several others, namely, Pintu Yadav, Sonu Yadav, Saral Yadav, Dharmendra Yadav, Sugan Yadav and Raju Kumar Yadav had sustained grievous injuries, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. His application is rejected.
