2. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide a detailed order dated 11.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 24832 of 2024 but the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground that the informant did not support the prosecution case in his deposition during the trial. The other three witnesses examined during the trial have also not identified the petitioner.

3. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist
