JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 22-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-payment of arrears of salary for the period 5.7.2014 to 21.10.2014.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that although the petitioner has joined and worked in the school in question during the aforesaid period 5.7.2014 to 21.10.2014 but he has not been paid her salary.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8381 of 2017 (2) dt.22-12-2017 2/2 The writ petition involved factual aspect which cannot examine in the present dispute. It would be appropriate for the District Education Officer, Patna to examine the relevant record and if it is found from verification of the record that the petitioner has actually worked during the period 5.7.2014 to 21.10.2014 he shall pass appropriate order for payment of salary. Such exercise must be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
