JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 15-12-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(i) For quashing of an office order dated 12.09.2018, issued with the signature of the Deputy Inspector General of Police, C.R.P.F., Group Centre, Mokamaghat (Respondent No. 3), whereby and petitioner has remove the whereunder, the been directed dish wire and operating machine from the campus of this Group Centre in between 14.09.2018 to 18.09.2018 as the service of A.S. Cable Networking, giving services of Dish/ Cable in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.20807 of 2019(3) dt.15-12-2022 2/3 residential house situated inside this Group Centre have been directed to close functioning of dish cable from 24.08.2018 with immediate effect, due to administrative reason and to the petitioner has been further directed to remove the Entire machineries installed in the said campus in between 14.09.2018 to 18.09.2018 and for this purpose a Board had been constituted, who was authorized to complete the said process after opening the machineries and to return back the advance money of beneficiaries deposited with the petitioner.
(ii) For a direction to the Respondents to allow this petitioner to run the services of dish cable (hereinafter called the A. S. Cable Network) inside the Group Centre, C.R.P.F., Mokamaghat during pendency of instant writ application as the petitioner was running his business for last more than six years. (iii) For a further direction to Respondents C.R.P.F. to the restrain the functioning of this A.S. Cable Network by the said Anil Kumar Singh (Respondent No. 5) as he was not authorized to run this business inside the Group Centre independently as petitioner running it full-flegedly, after obtaining licence in his name, for running this business.
(iv) For any other relief or reliefs, the petitioner is entitled for."
On 12.12.2022, we had passed following order:- "Despite repeated calls, none has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

Even today, despite repeated calls, none has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
As such, the present petition stands dismissed for default.
