The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No.222 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 324 & 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act. 3.

The petitioner is said to have shot at the leg of the victim.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, which is from 28.08.2023 and also the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed. 5.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
