1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2. The modification ordered by the District Judge does not seem illegal.

3. The opposite party no. 2 has been permitted to visit the temple. The learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that the modification order is not beyond the powers of the learned Sessions Judge who has passed the anticipatory bail order.

4. The modifications directed by the Session Judge shall be treated to be directed by this Court.
