2. The petitioner has filed the instant petition for issuance of directions to the learned Sub-Judge-I, Patna to dispose of the Eviction Suit No. 27 of 2020 within a reasonable time.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been dragging on before the learned trial court and the defence of the defendants have been struck off. Still, the matter is at the stage of evidence.

4. Perused the records.
5. Since this petition has been filed only for issuance of direction for disposal of the eviction suit within a reasonable period and more than three years have been lapsed after filing of the eviction suit, I think it just and appropriate to direct the learned trial court to dispose of the eviction suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
6. Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
