2. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the authority without proceeding with the Jamabandi cancellation case pending before him has started constructing a Community Centre of the land of the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that the Jamabandi is in the name of the petitioner since long time and though the petitioners have filed their objections, the authority without passing any final order has trying to change the nature of land.
4. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the authority to dispose of the Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 89/2025-26 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
5. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.
6. In case any adverse orders are passed against the petitioner, the petitioner is free to assail the order of Circle Officer before the competent authority.

7. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
