The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 35 of 2017 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 464, 279, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 27(a) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 01.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24010 of 2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
