The petitioner seeks regular bail in Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 51/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 364, 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
In the written report, it is alleged that 03 named accused persons Abid, Nawed and Md Rahil took the daughter of informant with purpose for performing marriage. Marriage of informant's daughter was to be performed with Abid. Informant got information on 23.02.2018 at 10.00 p.m. that dead-body of her daughter is lying at Sadar Hospital, Araria. One of the co-accused Nawed has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 03.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55425/2018. He is in custody since 05.09.2018 having clean antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 51/2018.
