The petitioner seeks bail in Pali P.S. Case No. 09/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 353 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code as well as 27 of the Arms Act.

The apprehended co-accused is alleged to have disclosed the name of the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused Samundar Yadav and Shyamdeo Mochi have already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
