Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Muffasil PS Case No. 319/2018 for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case allegation of assault is against Md. Sahid.

Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed. In the event of arrest or surrender before the concerned court below within a period of one month from today, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
