KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that allegation against him is that he along with another accused Santosh Mehtar robbed off cash to the tune of Rs. 78,000/-, laptop and other articles from the shop of the informant. It is further submitted that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. No recovery was made from the possession of the petitioner. He has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion because earlier petitioner had worked at the place of the informant for 15 days and there was wage dispute between the
