The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No.72 of 2017 registered under Section 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per written report, one Ranjeet Mahto used to demand Rangdari on telephone from the informant. Ranjeet Mahto disclosed that this petitioner is also one of his companion. Petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Madhubani in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No.72 of 2017. Both the bailors will be close relative of the petitioner.
