2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite observation of the this Court vide order dated 19.7.2023, trial has not been concluded and the petitioner is in custody since 19.8.2021.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the opposite parties that the prosecution witnesses have been examined and trial is on the verse of conclusion.

4. Considering the progress of trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
