The learned counsel for the contemnors seeks to file a show cause which is taken on record.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for

Patna High Court MJC No.4039 of 2019(4) dt.08-09-2023 2/2 the contemnors that in compliance of the order dated 01.03.2019 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 3776 of 2019, the District Education Officer, Bhojpur at Ara has passed a reasoned order dated 18.08.2023. It is further submitted that the arrears of salary has already been paid to the petitioner and he is also being paid the current salary. 3.

Having regard to the averments made by the contemnors in the show cause filed today, though I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present contempt petition but with a direction that in case any part of the arrears of salary or the current salary has not been paid till date, the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna and the District Education Officer, Patna shall not draw their salary.

The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
