The appellants filed this appeal for grant of anticipatory bail in Puraini P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 323 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3(1)(S) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
The informant named the appellants Amrita Devi and Sangita Devi in the FIR but, no specific allegation is made against them. The appellants are alleged to have taken away the register and book from the table of the office. The occurrence took place due to quarreling between the students.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the facts that no specific allegation is made against the appellants and the

APP (SJ) No.1591 of 2017 (2) dt.24-05-2017 2/2 appellants are ladies, the appeal is allowed and the appellants, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st Cum Special Judge SC/ST Act, Madhepura in Puraini P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
