Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.710C of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 354 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the complaint petition, there is allegation of outraging the modesty of the complainant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case as the Dewar of the complainant has been convicted in a case lodged by the petitioner for committing rape of his minor daughter.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67136 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J. 1st, Khagaria in connection with Complaint Case No.710C of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
