The petitioner seeks bail in Ballia P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b), A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that two live cartridges have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 28.7.2018. He has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
