2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith other accused persons defalcated huge amount, which were sent for its distribution among the beneficiaries under "Prime Minister Awas Yojna". At the relevant time, petitioner was posted as Gramin Sahayak.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner and has been

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with allegation that he alongwith other co-accused misappropriated huge amount of the government under the Prime Minister Awas Yojna.
