Petitioner is accused in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 673 of 2012 registered under Sections 414, 120B of the I.P.C. and 20, 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act and 23 of UPA Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner was rejected with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Now, the charge has been framed.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions
