2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 338, 308, 504, 354, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Kashichak (Shahpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 75/2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67339 of 2019(3) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 falsely implicated and there is case and counter case between the parties. The informant's side are the aggressors who entered upon the land of the petitioners and started constructing a drain and upon protest they have assaulted the petitioner's side causing fracture injury. The informant's side have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 55799 of and Cr. Misc. No. 56075 of 2019. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP submits on the basis of injury report in the case diary that both sides have sustained fracture injury.

5. Be that as it may, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 06.11.2019 in connection with Case No. Kashichak (Shahpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 75/2019 pending in the Court of learned ACJM VI, Nawada is hereby confirmed.
