The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sitamarhi (Mehsaul O.P.) P.S. Case No. 197 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324,307, 364, 353,337, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 31559 of 2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.25930 of 2017 (2) dt.04-07-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi (Mehsaul O.P.)
