Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016. Petitioner is in jail custody since 02.08.2019 on the accusation that 30 liters of Mahua Liquor was recovered from his house. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 6901 of 2019 arising out of Pipra P.S.Case no. 85 of 2019.
