Petitioners seek bail in Suiya P.S. Case No. 106 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 342, 323, 326, 326(A), 307, 302, 504 and 506/34 Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence daughter of informant was confined near the house of Nawab Ansari at village Hathiya Pathar. It is alleged that all the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the daughter of informant, namely, Sajmeri Khatoon. Accused Sarfaraj Ansari is alleged to have poured kerosene oil on her body and Sahnawaj Ansari lit match stick and threw it over her

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73207 of 2018(2) dt.07-12-2018 2/2 body, on account of which she sustained burn injury. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are only alleged to be members of unlawful assembly.

Petitioners are in custody since 19.09.2018, 14.09.2018, 11.09.2018 and 26.09.2018 respectively. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Banka, in connection with Suiya P.S. Case No. 106 of 2017 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
