The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 120B, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., petitioner is alleged to be the member of active gang of "Chehra Pahchano Inam Pao".

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, who was apprehended on spot. Save and except confessional statement of co-accused, no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

No.68958 of 2022(3) dt.06-04-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of concerned court in District - Nawada, where the case is pending, in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 115 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
