The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Sono (Charkapathar) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that eight persons, named in the first information report, including the petitioners, came at the door of the informant, Suresh Yadav, at about 03.00 p.m. on 10.01.2019 and started to abuse. When the informant made protest, then, Anil Yadav and petitioner no. 1, Umrao Yadav, caused injury through axe at Nanku Yadav, brother of the informant, causing blood injury at his fore-head and cut injury at ear. Petitioner no. 2, Rajo Yadav, caused injury through axe at leg of Manohar Yadav, Dhani Yadav gave lathi blow at the hand of Mulkhi Devi, the mother of the informant, Jiv Lat Yadav, Sushila Devi, Sakiya Devi, Soniya Devi had also abused giving threatening.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64417 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 occurrence of marpeet took place while four injuries were found by the doctor out of which injury no. 1 incised wound on left ear was simple in nature, but, the opinion of three injuries, i.e., tender swelling on left eye brow 11⁄2" x 11⁄2", tender swelling of left side of face 8" x 6" and bleeding from mouth were kept reserved, but, later on only injury no. 1 which was earlier reported simple, declared grievous with injury no. 2 tender swelling on left eye brow. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Sono (Charkapathar) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2019 shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Jamui, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
