2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 145 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Chief from Sexual Offences Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she left her house on her own will. The petitioner is in jail since 07.06.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Juge VI-cum- Special Judge, POCSO Act, Sitamarhi/concerned Court in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 145 of 2024.
