The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barauni P.S.Case NO.265 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of one country-made pistol and three cartridges from the possession of the petitioner and it further appears that he is accused in three other cases also.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is of false implication of the petitioner and nothing has been recovered as stated and he is in custody since 27.6.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71552 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S.Case No.265 of 2018.. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
