The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Meenapur P.S. Case No. 307 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is rotting in judicial custody since 18.06.2019.
