The report of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge-II, Vaishali at Hajipur dt. 19.12.2023 suggests that trial is likely to be concluded within a period of 3-4 months. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
