Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.9654 of 2018 arising out of Masaurhi P.S. Case No.740 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 30 litres country made liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle standing near the house of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedents.

Petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

No.71223 of 2018(3) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Special Case No.9654 of 2018 arising out of Masaurhi P.S.
