Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 129 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 354, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the I.T. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The present first information report has been lodged after two weeks of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2019.

Case No. 129 of 2019.
