JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 37(a)(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 23.07.2019 on the accusation that he was caught by the police while he was in inebriated condition. No doubt, petitioner does have criminal antecedent but considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-
