====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioner No. 1 is father-in-law of the victim lady and Petitioner No. 2 is the daughter-in-law of the Petitioner No. 1 and is the gotini of the deceased lady.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 104 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B), 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as far as these petitioners are concerned, no specific role has been assigned to them and the entire family has been roped in this case. It is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68029 of 2019(3) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 further submitted that they shall cooperate in the investigation and present themselves as and when required. It is further submitted that the husband of the deceased lady, Sunny Manjhi, is already in custody since 24.03.2019.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the Petitioner No. 1 is the father-in-law and Petitioner No. 2 is the gotini of the deceased and they are living separate from the family of the deceased, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XV, Gopalganj, in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 104 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
