The petitioners are in custody in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 252 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 406, 420, 414, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 66(c) of I.T. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Allegation against the petitioners is that they were involved in forgery of ATMs. Two of the accused persons were apprehended by the police with cash of Rs. 16,23,000/-. On their disclosure, the names of the petitioners were surfaced in the instant case. The petitioners

Considering the fact that the petitioners' names were surfaced merely on the basis of confession of the accused, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Laheri P.S.
